The vineyard has 5 acres of Chardonnay, 4.5 acres of Shiraz and 0.5 acres of Merlot grapes. The Shiraz and Chardonnay were planted in 1995 and the Merlot was grafted on to Shiraz stock in 2000. The rich volcanic soil has given the grape a distinctive flavour. All our wine is from grape lovingly grown in our vineyard.
