2008 Verdelho $20.00	Our 2008 Verdelho is pale straw in appearance and is light and full of luscious tropical fruit flavours.  Its nose has passionfruit and mango with some floral notes, while the palate is a vibrant mix of passionfruit and pine-lime with a zesty citrus finish.  This is a great example of a Queensland Verdelho, grown and made in the South Burnett and is a wine well suited to our climate and lifestyle.  Our Verdelho is ready to drink and can be enjoyed with char grilled tuna nicoisse, thai prawn noodle salad, or a seafood penne with Moroccan lemons. 12.5% alc/vol Approx 7.5 standard drinks
2006 Merlot $22.00	This vibrant, medium bodied, dry red displays soft plumy notes, with touches of fresh herbs and mint. Our unique terroir has created a classic Australian merlot with a sweet nose, round tannins and a full mid-palate. 2006 Shiraz $24.00	This medium bodied, dry red delights with a cascade of dark chocolate, vanilla and rich, rum and raisin characters, with a tickle of pepper on the back pallet. A smart balance between fruit and acid, clever use of oak and our unique terroir result in an elegant shiraz with well rounded tannins. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 5 years.
